With my training as a qualified bank clerk and my studies in economics at the FernUniversität Hagen, I laid the foundation for my professional career. My diverse experiences as an authorised signatory, interim manager and managing director of various companies shaped my path. It ultimately led me to my true passion: supporting companies in training and further education.

Since 2007, I have assisted companies as a Corporate Learning Consultant to support their education strategy. I deepened my expertise through my doctorate at the renowned Humboldt University in Berlin in the subject of educational science: Business Education. My PhD thesis, which I successfully completed in 2017, is entitled: “Certificates as trust substitutes. The emergence of trust in systems and institutions. Which relevance does ISO 9001 have in relation to educational services?”

My wide-ranging, practical knowledge is based on many further training courses, my lecturing activities and frequent publications. As the founder and heart of this company, I bring my expertise and passion to every consultation and training to empower and develop people in organisations.
