My expertise - practical and international
- I advise national and international organisations and companies (German and English).
- I organise practice-oriented in-house training courses and web-based further training courses on all aspects of dual vocational training and cooperation within the company.
- I rely on action-orientated methods such as group work, simulations, business games and adaptive digital learning formats.
- I support companies in implementing their own learning management systems (LMS) and enable sustainable further training with the COLCONS Academy.

Current activity - Scientific co-operation
HTW Berlin – Research project “BaSys4Transfer” (since 2024, part-time):
As an educational consultant in the BMBF-funded project, I support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in applying the potential of digital twins (asset administration shells, Industry 4.0) in practice. My focus is on scientific consulting, development of practice-orientated digital training systems and knowledge transfer between research and practice.
